You are able to access your unit 6AM-10PM everyday with your gate code. Our office staff is available 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday and 9AM-3PM on Saturday for questions or assistance.

Yes. You can authorize another person on your account. Just let us know, and make sure they have the gate code.

Moving out is easy! Just let us know the date you’re planning to vacate. We ask for a 10-day written or verbal notice before your next due date.

Be sure to remove all your items, sweep out the unit, and remove your personal lock. We do not permit dumpster use, so make sure to take everything with you. Once your unit is clean and empty, we’ll take care of the rest.

We totally understand that moving can be hectic, but it’s important to fully clear out your unit, remove your lock, and leave the space clean. We ask that you leave your unit in the condition you found it to help us ensure clean facilities for all our customers.

If items are left behind or the unit isn’t emptied, you may be charged a cleaning or disposal fee. If your lock is still on the unit, we will assume you’re still using it, and billing will continue.

For safety, you cannot store hazardous materials, flammables, explosives, weapons, illegal items, fertilizer, plants, food, animals, or your children!

While allowed, we strongly recommend that you refrain from storing cremains, personal identifying paperwork, cash, antiques, collectibles, photographs or any valuable item that cannot be replaced. If you’re unsure, just ask us!
